1. Ignite Awareness

Protecting Bulgaria’s Natural Heritage!

Our first mission is to raise national and global awareness of the growing ecological threats we are all facing — from the drying of our rivers to the deteriorating state of the Black Sea. Through public campaigns, education, and storytelling, we aim to awaken a sense of urgency and unity, making people realize: we still have a paradise to protect.

2. Act Locally, Research Deeply

We will actively participate in environmental campaigns and initiate targeted scientific research. By collaborating with experts and institutions, we aim to develop sustainable practices that are rooted in data and driven by passion. Every campaign will bring us one step closer to meaningful change.

3. Lay the Foundations

Legal and Logistical Readiness!

A movement needs structure. We will secure the legal permits, zoning approvals, and acquire land for our operations. This step is critical to ensure our facilities — from desalination plants to labs — are built on a solid foundation, in full compliance with the law and environmental responsibility.

4. Build the Lifeline

Freshwater for the Future!

Water is life. With permits and land secured, we will begin constructing a state-of-the-art desalination plant, capable of providing clean, drinkable water to hundreds of thousands of people. This facility is not just a technical marvel — it’s a symbol of hope in a drying land.

5. Construct Our Flagship Laboratory

With immediate water needs secured, our attention will shift to our source of life — the Black Sea. We will build and equip a cutting-edge research laboratory to monitor and decode the ecological signals of the sea. This lab will serve as a beacon of truth and knowledge, guiding us toward solutions.

6. Launch the Science Vessel

Explore the Depths!

Once our laboratory is operational, we will deploy a research vessel, equipped with the latest marine technology. This ship will serve as a mobile extension of our lab, allowing us to map, sample, and monitor critical areas of the Black Sea. Every mission will bring clarity to the health of our marine ecosystems.

7. Analyze, Interpret, Prepare

Our scientists will then begin the most crucial phase: analyzing the collected samples and data to understand how much time we have, what warning signs are emerging, and how to respond. This stage will transform raw data into actionable insights for policymakers and the public alike.
